Virtual meeting attendance on Skype

If you are not able to attend in person, you can video skype to join the meeting. Please call my username: bryn.andrew.martin on skype 10 minutes before the meeting starts so that we can secure a connection and start on time. There is a limit of 10 people who can call in, so the conference call will be on a first come first serve basis.

Once you have connected, test your sound to make sure we can hear you and then please mute your microphone so that there is not unwanted noise during the presentation. If you have a question during the presentation manually un-mute your microphone.
