Dr. Bryn Martin is a post-doctoral fellow at the [http://www.epfl.ch EPFL] [http://lhtc.epfl.ch Laboratory of Hemodynamics and Cardiovascular Technology] and seeking a faculty position.  He completed a Ph.D. in [http://www.mie.uic.edu mechanical engineering] at the [http://www.uic.edu University of Illinois at Chicago] focused on the biofluid mechanics of syringomyelia and Chiari malformation and served his first post-doctoral fellowship at the [http://www.uakron.edu University of Akron]. Bryn’s research interests include neurohydrodynamics of craniospinal disorders, cardiovascular hemodynamics, medical technology and devices and sleep disorders.  He is currently a principle investigator and co-investigator for a number of clinical research studies employing MRI, cerebrovascular ultrasound and medical instrumentation.  When not in the lab, Dr. Martin's free time is enjoyed writing [http://www.bryyn.com music] and taking long walks with his wife and children.
